PNH Educator Program
PNH Educator Program
Personalized support for the PNH community
The PNH Educator Program is an innovative initiative designed to provide personalized support to people living with PNH across Canada.
Through this program, patients and caregivers can connect one-on-one with a PNH Educator to talk through questions, concerns, and non-clinical care needs in a supportive setting.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been living with PNH for some time, the program offers an opportunity to access guidance that can help you better understand and manage your condition.
Currently, the PNH Educator Program is only available in English.
Please note: The PNH Educator Program does not replace medical advice. You should always discuss health concerns and treatment decisions with your healthcare team. If you have immediate health concerns, consider calling 911 or seeking medical care.
How we can help
The PNH Educator can help you:
- Discuss your quality of life with PNH
- Prepare for your next doctor's appointment
- Provide education on your disease and its symptoms
- Outline information on the available drugs and how they are administered
The PNH Educator cannot:
- Provide you with medical advice
- Confirm a diagnosis of PNH
- Prescribe you medication
- Tell you what drug is best for you and/or create a treatment plan
